CC#26: JO'S Ministry of Food - Healthier Full Monty

City Day's brunch for one! Quick and easy when you have all the ingredients on hand.
 Healthier when you use a metal rack over a sheet pan, and grill the meat and vegetables!  I only grated black pepper over the grilled vegs, no salt added, nor was it missed!
