Cookbook Countdown #19: Yoghurt with Walnuts and Fresh Coriander

A cooling, nourishing dish or meal on it's own, as it may be eaten by itself or served as part of a meal.
Simple ingredients of chopped coriander, thinly sliced spring onions, I skipped the fresh green chili, stirred into natural yoghurt, seasoning with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Topped with toasted walnuts, crushed!  I even use part of it to dress a grated salad of carrots, celery, cucumber and chicory leaves!
Served with toasted pita bread, left over beef sauce and
