Soft-boiled eggs with asparagus looks yummy!
Eggs and asparagus are one of the best couples happening...I hope they never break up! :-)
Well, you can give the recipes a go or two each and every month from Feb to June 2017!

I love a good soft boiled egg. And like you still in the shell. Good with toast.
