Kylie's Carrots and Onions Pickles - page 132
My adaptation according to quantity I made:
1 medium carrot - washed, peeled and cut into ribbons
1 onion - peeled and thinly sliced
1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon fish sauce
1/3 cup rice wine vineger
- mix all together and let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 mins
