Sauteed chicken with crispy garlic slices - pages 84-85
 I adapted the said recipe, scaled down to feed two pax:
2 skin-on chicken thighs (boned) cut into bite size
paprika to taste, olive oil (Spanish!)
10 garlic cloves, sliced
125ml dry white wine, 1 bay leaf, salt
hand torn Chinese parsley
