Sauteed garlic mushroom - pages 22-23
Super duper easy to put together:
heat up olive oil (Spanish!) in pan
add chopped garlic, stir fry for 30 seconds
add mushrooms, stir fry quickly until mushroom soften and releases juice
add lemon juice, season with salt and pepper
dish out!

I had toasted country bread with the above two dishes,
and turned them into Hubby's dinner with angel hair pasta below.

I love mushrooms! Looks good!
Why is it people don't often think to just cook mushrooms. They are so good! That being said, I loved that you added them to some pasta.
I could eat a plate of these as a meal. Delicious!
