Cookbook Countdown #6: Celine's Baked beans and fresh vegetables

page 66: Baked beans and fresh vegetables
 
olive oil for stir frying
one onion - peeled and cut into thick slices
sausages - sliced (omitted - cos I had none)
chicken breast - skinned and chopped (I used roasted chicken meat)
canned baked beans
tomato and chili sauces (skipped - used one tomato, seeded and chopped)
french beans and broccoli (omitted - I used ngai pak instead)
red chili - seeded and sliced
salt to season
breadcrumbs

Yes, indeed it was. DH had his portion with some bread, and I finished off the balance all on its own and so dinner was done! And the pantry have some empty slots now!

With bread sounds good! I like it when the pantry clears a little, so that I can add on other items! hahaha!
