Welcome to Cookbook Countdown!
I'm co-hosting Cookbook Countdown together with Joyce of Kitchen Flavours. If you are like us, who love to collect cookbooks and have an overcrowding bookshelf (or bookshelves!), yet most of the books have not been used at all, now is the time to change that. Join us at Cookbook Countdown

Light Dinners:
Sea bream with grapes, cucumber and yogurt ~ pgs 144-145
I used a nice fillet of garoupa fish instead of sea bream
served on a dollop or two of yogurt, accompanied with
a salad of grapes, cucumbers and herbs.
I need to shout out here ~ the juices from the grape/cucumber/herb
salad together with the yogurt? ~ AWESOME!

Hi Emily
A good reason for the shout-out! It looks delish! I have never eaten grapes with herbs and yoghurt!
