You are making use of the dukka! Goody! Mine is still in the jar. I have not tried cooking with orzo before, need to get some!
Everything is looking delicious Emily. I know Valerie from her comedy shows but I had no idea she had a cookbook. And it looks to be a very nice one - Italian with a twist.
