TCS ~ Banana Split Cake

Banana Split Cake
Think of an old-fashioned banana split dessert,
this is it in cake form
its a huge cake!
Loads of garnishes really turn this cake
into a special treat fit for a party
Go all the way, or keep it simple with
just one or two favorite adornments

A tad too much mashed bananas, crushed pineapple
makes this a pudding, with fruits
But we did enjoyed it, cold from the fridge
or at room temperature
(Note to self: reduce amount of wet fruit)
tasted good enough to make it again!

It is a wet kind of cake but fun to make and look at and pretty tasty. Try it with the dried cherries...it is a little less wet and the cherries actually taste good. I would reduce the amount of pineapple just a bit next time. Yours really looks like a party!

I didn't find this cake too wet but that's probably because I didn't use crushed pineapple or cherries. Glad you enjoyed this bake Emily :)
