TCS ~ June ~ Sour Cream Chocolate Cake

Okay, to justify eating cake these days...
this was made 
all
by arm muscles!
from creaming the butter,
adding the sugar, tablespoon by tablespoon
beating the two eggs
with 2 minutes in between them
to mixing in the sour cream
and the flour
all arm muscles!
 
 
A glass of cold milk is a great pairing!
