some dishes I made over the last week or so...
above: twice cooked potatoes (par-boiled and pan fried)
with chicken thigh with duo color mini bell peppers, peas, sweet basil,
onions, garlic and most important - Worcestershire sauce!
above: Hainanese chicken chop with onions, peas, carrots and
above: 10 grains organic rice (with ginko nuts even!) accompanied by
cherry tomatoes drizzled with soy and made in a jiffy -
two egg omelette with onions and mint leaves
