The chicken was prepared according to the recipe,
but instead of using only lettuce, I used asparagus and cherry tomatoes
in addition
to homegrown cherry belle radishes (including leaves) and arugula
and
for the dressing: honey mustard, balsamic vinegar and a dash of grapeseed oil

Hi Emily,
Are you collecting this series of DH books? I like the chocolate book only... There is nice recipes in other books but one or two that I like to cook. I can check out this chicken recipe because yours look really good :D
Zoe
Colorful and tasty looking dish.
This was the first of DH's I got, followed by a magazine, then (another book - coming soon!) and Fruit from the last BBW fireball sale! Will keep an eye out for Chocolate!
Thanks YC for the visit and comment!
Hi Emily
My kids love "western" chicken dishes, such as this! It looks delicious! And I did not see this book at BBW!!
