Hi Emily,
Haha! Thanks for the pictures! You are so sweet! Now I know what to look for!
Your pita bread with the salsa and relish looks yum! And delish with the chorizo!
It's bedtime and my tummy is making music!!! aish....!
Hi Emily,
I laughed looking at the photo of packages of risotto rice! You are so nice showing Joyce where to get this rice.
How come your chorizo is not the sausage shape kind? Did you remove the skin to cook them. Just curious :p
Zoe
you are welcome! perhaps bump into you sometime there?
Yah lor, I found out that I got the wrong rice too for my risotto but nvm lar, taste good what.
I pan fried the chorizo sausages a couple of mins each side, then simmered them in half cup water for 12 mins. sliced them length wise and back to the pan for couple of mins more. and further half them for easier handling in pita bread halves.... all natural no need to remove skin.
also supplied by Ampang Grocers! ;)))))
Such a delicious pita bread. Great for a light lunch!
Waaa... Love chorizo & pan fried them even more sedap; Love this recipe !;)
