The Home Bakers (THB) #2 Apricot Pistachio Lemon Coffee Cake

We at THB are baking our 2nd cake from Coffee Cakes by Lou Seibert Pappas already!
and there are 58 more yummy cakes to go!
 I had just arrived back home having been away for three days
 and its the middle of the night..
 and I can't believe these are the only pictures I took of this cake! Adoi!
anyways must be my attempting so many things in one bake night!
cos I baked three (3) items... forgiven?
and my 2nd bake for the night was...
(above ~ by popular demand)
DH sure was happy with these goodies!

You are one super baker! You will never catch me doing 3 bakes all in one night! We enjoyed the apricot cake, it was lovely! Your other two bakes looks wonderful too, I can see alright which is your favourite bread! :)

Emily, what a productive night it must have been for you. Three cakes/breads at once, wish i could grab a slice of one right now because they all look so tempting to me.
