The Home Bakers ~ Cheese-Swirled Chocolate Bundt Cake

Cheese-Swirled Chocolate Bundt Cake (1)
from
"Coffee Cakes" by Lou Seibert Pappas.
the changes I made were:
only 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder instead of 3/4 cup
pecan nuts instead of walnut (cos I run out of!)
cut the sugar by HALF!! for the cake but the quantity as specified for the filling
and I baked this huge cake for 50mins only!

all cut up and packed to give away (psst - the package in greaseproof paper - wholegrain bread loaf)

Hi emily!
I used pecan instead of walnuts too.
And i wander 50 minutes baking only, your cake must have been less dry then mine i suppose.

Hi Emily! Wow, that's a lot of cake to be given away! I kept most of them for myself... :p but definitely going to make them for my friends next time! Take care!
