Cheese Tart ~ with sago in the filling

 Was given four of this cheesetart over the weekend.
Madam L, she used sago in the filling.  The crust was made with wholemeal flour.
She added cooked and drained sago beads in the filling..
very light crust and filling!
Most unusual filling but absolutely delightful!
