Kai Choy Farn

I made Kai Choy Farn tonight! I managed to get a small Kai Choy plant yesterday and thought I will try making it tonight.
Chopped shallots, garlic, sliced dried mushrooms, diced lap cheong

semi lean meat (you may use diced chicken breastmeat) marinated in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper

Kai Choy sliced

Ta Dah! Dinner is served

Would you believe that I dont have sugar in my house? So that was the only ingredient I did not use and I also add the garlic and shallots after I fried the mushrooms, lap cheong and dried shrimps cos I have a tendency to burn my garlic! And the nice ladies at the market were right! Not enough kai choy! I used pork cos DH is on Chinese herbs and cannot eat chicken.

I also made tofu fa with the gymsum powder but I dont think it will jadi. Wrong method!
