RK~theLSK: Kohlrabi with toasted sunflower seeds n pesto

My first taste of kohlrabi I found this morning at the wet market (happy dance, cos it is zero waste instead of imported, and cling wrapped at specialty outlets!).
This recipe is perfect for March CC 'S theme of five ingredients or less:
Kohlrabi
Sunflower seeds
Soft butter 
Dandelion or parsley leaves,  washed
Sea salt
Yummy!
