TCS ~ Baklava Cheesecake

Just in the nick of time
for posting December's cake
Baklava Cheesecake
(with store bought baklava from a shop at Ikano)
at half the recipe, baked in a 6inch springform pan
the batter was not enough to cover
the baklava wedges so they stuck out
leaving me without the need to decorate the top
with walnuts, I drizzled some maple syrup before eating!
  I love this delightful tea set which I bought a month ago!
 it comes complete with the wooden tray
