ps: I did use more than the original amount for the flour ~
an extra 1.5 cups (6.5cups) to the stipulated 4 to 5cups!
Haha even I ended up using upto 7 cups of flour! LOL!!

ReplyDeleteI find this dough very oily and a bit sticky too but I resist a lot to minimise the use of additional flour while kneading the dough and so I think mine is generally a little oily.
With 6.5 cup of flour, your bread look good!

Hi Emily, I used more flour than stated in the original recipe as well, I wonder is it due to different absorbencies of the flour from Sg and the flour from US? Anyway your bread turned out very delicoius-looking! Yum!
