    Hi Emily,

    I like your idea too of eating this simple cake with cream cheese and coffee!

    If I'm using this recipe to make whoopie pies again, I can use your idea to use cream cheese as whoopie pies filling.

    emily, that's a smart idea to eat that with cream cheese. I dont mind eating just plain like that but i did ate that with some honey the next day. Thanks for joining!
