Hi Emily, Your polenta cake looks great baked in a bundt pan, love the golden colour! Eating it with sandwich spread is a wonderful idea, I never thought of that! I toasted it and munch on it plain, which is quite addictive on its own! Have a great weekend!
Hi Emily, Your cake looks great!! I've never baked a cake with polenta so this will be a 1st and I love the idea of toasting it - good for breakfast. I'm always in a rush in the morning so I plan to bake this on a Sunday and then have the cake slices toasted throughout the week.
I like your idea of eating this cake toasted with sandwich spread... We had ours like lunchbox muffins and some dipped with soup as appetizer.
