Apple pie anyone?

Using the same recipe
HERE 
but with all wholemeal pastry flour....
not a good idea... cos its too crumby
 management presented me with these two from the bookfest
at KLCC which ended on sunday,
with the items wanted baked 'ticked' - lit tat oso can meh? LOL 
at

    Gosh! These pies look so good! Can send some over? I don't mind if they're crumbly at all! I think I can eat at least few of these! Not kidding! hehehehehe LOVE apple pies! :)
