THB ~ Almond Crusted Butter Cake ~ MAKEOVER!

When clearing the space in our fridge,
I chanced upon the small container holding one mini loaf of
my almond crusted butter cake
(DH missed out this last container cos it got pushed to the back of the shelf)
so I sliced it up thin and toasted the slices
and I now have a tupperware full of
chinese biscotti?

i like you rename it to chinese biscotti! luckily you were still able to discover the cake, sometimes i also hv the same problem..not cakes but other stuffs till they become expired!
