CC ~ Curry and Cake

 Curry Spice Mix from India - just dump everything in a pot and add coconut milk (I used cream)
trick is - bake your cake divided into three cake pans giving you two to give away!
that's having your cake and eating it (without guilt!)

The curry has captured my eyes & made me salivating! It reminds me that that I still have a pack of chicken rendang paste sitting in my pantry for months now, not sure when is it going to expire!

yeah, better make small portions for the cake so we eat lesser..hehe..
