Chocolate Slab Cake

 from a cookbook titled "Chocolate" gifted me by my Aunt Karen!
 Melt 100g chocolate with 225g unsalted butter in 150ml water, stir to combine well.
Sift 300g all purpose flour with 2 tsp baking powder into large bowl and
stir in slightly less than 200g of soft brown sugar
 Tip hot melted butter and chocolate mixture into dry ingredients, mix well.
add 150ml sour cream, followed by 3 beated medium size eggs.
 mix well to ensure all elements are well combined and
pour batter into greased 13" x 8" , bottom lined with parchment tray pan
baked at preheated oven of 195decC for 40 minutes or until sides has sprung back on the pan
you may serve it topped with a chocolate ganache
but I served it with fresh strawberries and the last bit of refridgerated pastry cream!
 done! my first all chocolate slab cake!
