Wow that is so cool seeing them cooked in the leaves instead of molds. I never would have even thought of that.
Locally we use banana leaves, pandan leaves, lotus leaves, woven coconut leaves, bamboo leaves and even in the bamboo too!Also in hollowed out pumpkins, papayas, young coconuts and winter melons!
