IHCC & CC#19: Vinegared Eggs

Almost like a pickle ~ it's tart, hot, garlicky and just every slightly sweet!
Served with toasted pita bread, left over beef sauce and 
yoghurt with walnuts and fresh coriander.

  1. I didn't know Madhur Jaffrey had this cookbook, wonder if it is new? Either way, I need to get my hands on a copy. These eggs look very spicy and delicious!
