My mini Irish Whiskey Cakes

    1. I gave two mini loaves away... as its only two of us at home. Only a half a mini loaf left, so biscotti will have to wait!

  2. This cake freezes well, too, if you decide not to do biscotti. I had to make mine early, then thawed it to take to Sacramento (with photos first of course). It sliced very nicely and was well received, so thawing is no problem. Love that you did the mini loaves...so cute!

    1. I left it on the counter overnight and it sliced very well too. A keeper recipe... (for biscott too!)

  3. Is this the gingerbread Emily? I can't see which one you've chosen. Whichever you choose it looks great.

  5. Irish whiskey minis!! I love it!! What a super idea and so lovely to see they work out.. I have a few elderly neighbors, living alone, who wouldn't eat or need a full loaf but would love a nibble of a mini! Great to see they worked out! Thanks Emily xxx

  6. Minis are the way to go when there is only two of us (almost elderly) at home, and cannot afford to eat a big cake (sugar!) between the two of us!
