My first try at Steamed Ji Dan Gau
Followed this recipe:
Steamed Chinese Sponge Cake , Ji Dan Gao 蒸鸡蛋糕 (Simple Version)
Oops! forgot to snap picture before cutting!
I did not use Ovalett cos I had none! so my cake was not a lofty cake like Monica's ;(
