My first Sandwich Cake....

I used 3 'C's Orange Sandwich Cake recipe but at 1.3 times the ingredients
cos my pans are 8" round pans (I am so gonna get 2 x 6" ones!)
The second cake broke up ;(
so sad... I was so gonna make the filling too but used orange mamalade instead..
nevertheless, still happy with my first attempt!

    Hi C!

    I shall be more patient the next time... need to let the cake cool down before attempting to remove it from the pan!
