TCS ~ Feb's Coffee Heath Bar Crunch Cake ~ Take #2



Folks love this recipe adapted with change of ingredients (SEE HERE)
and HERE!
And I really wanted a taller cake, so used my 6" springform pan as below,

still looking good.....
after 40 mins, the toothpick came out dry....
oh no! its got that sinking feeling.....

    Sorry this one didn't work out as well as the cute cupcakes. The cookies at the link sure look great!

    Great idea, shame it sunk a bit. I bet it would be fanatsic if cooked a little longer. You'll have to make bread pudding with the cake now :)
