CC#41: Gingered meatballs soup with pasta

Adapted this recipe for minced pork instead of minced turkey meat.
My adaptation :
To one beaten egg in big bowl,  a tablespoon of Greek yogurt, a tablespoon of plain white bread crumbs, a teaspoon each of minced garlic, chopped small onion,  minced fresh ginger,  minced fresh cilantro. A pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well. Added RM3.00 worth of minced meat.  Mix well, and leave for 10 mins. 
Shape into balls using two tablespoons and drop directly into simmering broth. My broth was simmered carrot and cabbage. Served with wholemeal pasta. Hubby approved of the meatballs,  very tender.
