CC#33: Lettuce, avocado and tomato salad

Gem lettuce, tomatoes,  avocado, Japanese cucumber; finely chopped shallots, chopped fresh coriander, juice from three small lines, finely chopped garlic cloves, I added a
Couple dashes of balsamic vinegar.
