CC#29: Stir- fried Hokkien Noodles with Chicken, Chilli and Bean Sprouts

I used pasta instead of the traditional yellow noodles. And I had stocked up again all the necessary bottles of sauces and oils for Chinese cooking.
We had restricted our salt and sugar intake for a very long while, hence I dished out hubby's portion with a lot less gravy than mine.  His plate was clean!

oooh....simple stir-fry noodles like this is the best! No wonder your hubby's plate was clean! :)
