Cookbook Countdown #18: Onion frittata

Breakfast for one!
Scaled down to one egg, half a large onion, coriander, freshly ground black pepper,
no salt cos I used grated cheddar cheese.  Paired with tangy radish relish!
cooked on the stove top, followed with grilling in my toaster oven, perfect!
