Fruit Cocktail for Breakfast!



Cut up 3 strawberries, 1 plum, one banana.
Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over, mix well to coat. 
Spoon into dessert cups.  
Spoon over with plain yogurt
and
sprinkle some promeganate seeds on top!
You may mix some honey into the yogurt 
for some sweetness otherwise plain is good too!
