Pasta in Pumpkin Sauce

Saute sliced onions and ginger in a little olive oil,
add sliced chicken meat,
add diced pumpkin,
add fish stock or chicken stock or water,
cook till pumpkin is soft,
mash pumpkin with back of wooden spoon,
when mixture thickens slightly,
add cooked pasta.
Serve when pasta and sauce is well mixed.
A nice change from the usual tomato base sauce!
