Sweet open-faced sandwiches

I have creme fraiche waiting to use,  and this is an easy snack to make in an (almost) instant! 

We stopped buying strawberries recently (due to packaging) and opted for a fruit that comes in its own, IE 🐉 fruit! 

So this dragon fruit, creme fraiche on my favorite crispbread is totally inspired by: @rachelkhooks
