CC#27: Crispy mozzarella sandwich with cranberry sauce

Firstly I have cranberry sauce to use up, baguette in the freezer, and mozzarella too.
And this sounds tasty with the cranberry sauce!
The mozzarella was broken into smaller pieces which were rolled into seasoned flour, beaten eggs and fine breadcrumbs, plus another round of egg and breadcrumbs before fried in hot oil for two minutes each side, and drained on paper towels.

  1. I need to try frying mozzarella, seen many recipes for that, but have never attempted one before!

  2. Fried cheese sounds so good. I like that you used cranberry sauce to cut its richness.
