DH asked for a special meal tonight
so I made us a three course dinner
pumpkin and leek soup (without cream) - very healthy!
pan seared salmon with green salad and boiled potatoes
with a simple butter and balsamic vineger dressing
and Chef Michael's seafood pasta:
Tip: boil the prawn shells in water and use that water to cook your pasta ~ FAB!
What a wonderful meal, that soup looks particularly delicious!
