THB ~ Morning Glory Breakfast Cake

at full recipe
above: half in round pan with blueberries
left: slice with blueberries
right: 12 cupcakes without blueberries

I made full recipe because the author wrote that
she normally freeze a large portion of the cake
so that she will have snacking breakfast cake on hand!

    For the fact that no fat is added, I'm quite forgiving with its texture and taste...

    Yeah... you are right! Chewie chewie... Like rabbit food! - LOL!
