Chorizo with tomato salsa and herb relish

Pan fried chorizo with tomato n onion salsa
and green herb relish
 served in toasted buttered pita bread
tomato n onion salsa:
two red tomatoes - seeded and diced
one red small onion - diced
cilantro - chopped
juice of half a lemon or two large limes 
(I used juice of half a lemon and 1 small kesturi lime)
mixed well and leave in the fridge till ready to eat

fresh herb relish:
half cup parsley (I used curly and flat leaf) - chopped
half cup spring onions - finely sliced
2 tablespoons of fresh oregano - chopped
one red chili - finely chopped
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoons olive oil
juice of half a lemon
~ mixed everything together and leave in fridge till ready to eat ~

    I laughed looking at the photo of packages of risotto rice! You are so nice showing Joyce where to get this rice.

    How come your chorizo is not the sausage shape kind? Did you remove the skin to cook them. Just curious :p

    1. Yah lor, I found out that I got the wrong rice too for my risotto but nvm lar, taste good what.

      I pan fried the chorizo sausages a couple of mins each side, then simmered them in half cup water for 12 mins. sliced them length wise and back to the pan for couple of mins more. and further half them for easier handling in pita bread halves.... all natural no need to remove skin.
