Above: love folding the flour into the beaten eggs

I must say.... good job Emily! ;)

 IMPORTANT:
just butter the moulds good and they will
pop out when you turn the pan upsidedown!

  3. Yummy madeleines with lovely golden brown! I really regret not buying Keiko Ishida cookbook at Changi airpot last year!! I hope you'll share some of the recipes from your copy of Keiko Ishida's cookbook ya ! Looking forward! ;)

    I've just made some lavender madeleines, it was so yummy! And the pans are wonderful, the madeleines pop out so easily! Thank you for letting us know about it!
