Inspired by Monica's Chocolate Zucchini Bundt Cake recipe but in cupcake form!
I used half the amount of cocoa powder and minus the chocolate chips
as DH is not a chocolate lover.... ;(
the texture is dry due to overbaking!
gonna bake this a second to get it right!
