CC#37: Crispy fish with lemon zest

Love that silky potato puree! And the crunch of cheese coated fish!

Normally, i will just dump the balance of the seasoned flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs; but because there is grated cheese and lemon zest in the breadcrumbs mixture, I made a crepe! Filling was the bslance of potato puree and beans. Light dinner for moi!
