Portuguese Egg Tarts anyone?

my #1 must do in Macau...
Koi Kei Bakery's  (our favorite) ate theirs everyday while we were there!
 Tea Plus (nahhh)
Lord Stow's ~ almost identical to Koi Kei's but without 'hot from the oven' quality!

This is another one on my list-of-to-do! My daughter's favourite! Seen this book, tempted to buy, but my willpower was so strong that day!! Hahaha!

Ladies,

Weii, with World Book Day as an excuse, must get the book lah.

I got books too for my coming-very-soon 1st grandchild!

The correct recipe discription in the book: Portuguese Custard Tart. So gonna try this recipe when the next international bake (using egg white) event comes up!

And must also try Margaret's egg tarts while in Macao too (Margaret is Ex-wife of Lord S!).
