Hey! I do eat Healthy!

Our two thermal pots still contained DH's dinner last evening, so I made my 1-pot-meal in an ordinary pot.
 Saute 1 chopped medium onion, four slivers of fresh ginger, when aromatic - dumped in diced chicken breast meat.  Add in seasoning which was soy sauce and black vinegar.  Add in a wee bit of water.  Add cubed carrots, tomato, brocolli and chinese cabbage.  Cover pot with lid, let simmer for 5 mins. Serve.
No rice, potatoe nor bread!!
