CC#36: Individual baked eggs

Definitely doable for kids, butter the insides of a ramekin, add chunks of tomato, cream (I used a heaping tablespoon of Greek yogurt cos I ran out of cream). Break in an egg, careful not to break the yolk. Bake till egg white is cooked.  Yolks will still be runny, or not...
